Get one free drink from us on your Cashless account if you create your Cashless profile (linked to your credit card) before March 7, 2023 11h59pm ET

You can register your cashless profile by choosing one of the following procedures:

  • Navigate to: Cashless

OR

  • Go to the cashless section in the SXM Festival Mobile app - Download SXM Festival app : Apple or Android

On the 1st screen, you will  be prompted to enter the following information:

  • Phone number: Choose your country by clicking on the flag and use the search bar to find your country and then enter your mobile # (canadian residents make sure you choose the Canada and not US which is set by default;
  • Email address, First & Last name;
  • Click  REGISTER             

Please wait...The text fields will go blank. You do not need to fill them back in.            

On the 2nd screen:

  • You will be prompted to enter your validation code and it can take 15 minutes to get your validation code. If you do not receive your validation code, please email support@roninpos.com requesting your code and make sure you share your mobile number while requesting the code.               
  • Once you receive your code, enter your code and click CONFIRM    

On the 3rd screen:

  • Create your personal PIN ( New pin and  Confirm PIN) - This is a security code created by you. This will be used for each purchase you make at the festival. You will need your PIN to access your account so pick one you will remember!   
  • Enter your credit card information then click ADD CARD

It does take up to 30 seconds for the card to be vaulted. Please be patient. There is no need to re-enter the information if the text fields go blank.          

Last screen:

SUCCESS!! Once your screen shows **** for the PIN and only the last 4 digits of your card, your card has been vaulted and you are ready to use your wristband at all food and drink kiosks @ SXM Festival! 

Note: You do not need to enter a wristband number during the registration process.

If you don't receive a text message with you confirmation code (this could be due to mobile carrier restrictions with the service used to send the codes), send an email to support@roninpos.com with your name, mobile number and request your code. The code will be emailed to you.

We accept cashless payments (wristband) and all major credit cards. Cash is not accepted at bars and food stations but you can add cash money to your wristband at one of the SXM Festival Cashless Top Up stations, located @ Boho Beach, Happy Bay & Villa (VIP only).

At each Food and Drink stand of the festival, the SXM Festival staff will scan the chip of your wristband with a payment terminal and in a few seconds the transaction is carried out!

You can link your Cashless account to your credit card (strongly recommended) so that each transaction with your wristband will be charged to your credit card OR you may add cash money to your Wristband at one of our SXM Festival Cashless Top Up stations.

Save precious time and make purchasing easy at SXM Festival by creating your Cashless account profile. This way you won’t need to carry your credit card or mobile device onsite. Your wristband will be your payment method and no need to worry about losing your card or mobile.

No, but we strongly encourage you to create your cashless profile linked to your credit card to save time at the festival plus get a free drink on us if you register your profile before March 4, 2023.

If you don’t want to create a profile, you can add cash money to your wristband directly at one of our SXM Festival Cashless Top Up Stations on the festival site. Your bracelet then remains completely anonymous. Please note that in this case, your bracelet cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft. You will only be able to add cash to your wristband. You won’t be able to top up with a credit or debit card.

You will find SXM Festival Top Up stations at the following locations:

At every bar @ Happy Bay
• At Boho Beach
• At the Villa bar (Villa Party - Access to VIP Passholders)

No. The wristband is free. During the admission process, you will receive a wristband. Your Cashless Profile will be linked to your wristband when you will be doing your first transaction while purchasing food or drinks

During this first transaction, you will tap your wristband at the bar. You’ll be prompted to enter the mobile number you used to create your profile and 4-digit security pin you created when setting up your cashless profile. 

Each subsequent transaction you will only require your pin after tapping. If you don’t remember your PIN, you won’t get your drink! 

If you forget your PIN, we can reset your PIN at one of our Cashless Top Up Stations.

You can view your account balance upon completing a transaction at a bar or food location or you can inquire about your balance by visiting one of our Cashless Top Up stations.

You can use the same credit card across different accounts, just be sure to create a unique profile for each wristband-wearer, using their phone number. 

If you lose your wristband or need to swap it out for another, visit one of our Cashless Top Up stations and we will give you another wristband. You won’t need to re-register, or worry about removing your card from the old wristband.  You will need to tap the new wristband at the terminal when making your next purchase and you’ll be prompted to enter your entire phone number and pin that first time. All subsequent transactions will only require the pin going forward.

Yes, you can log in to the cashless registration portal and change your PIN. 

We can reset your PIN at one of our Cashless Top Up Stations.

Yes, this can be done at one of our Cashless Top Up Stations.

If you receive a message from your bank that this activity looks suspicious, please make sure to contact your bank and authorize these charges.  

This method of payment can sometimes trip those flags and it will require you to communicate directly with your bank to authorize this.  This doesn’t happen often, but it happens.

No. Any remaining funds will be donated to local charities.
